Noel's History
Noel started his career advocating for disabled clients in front of Social Security Administrative Law Judges. He then moved onto defending individuals and business in various types of civil litigation in the Midwest.
In 2013, after deciding to return to Arizona to be closer to his family, Noel became a municipal prosecutor for several small cities in Pinal County. From 2015 to 2020, Noel served as an assistant city prosecutor with the City of Phoenix Prosecutor’s Office. There gained valuable experience as a trial attorney and eventually a community prosecutor. During his tenure as a prosecutor he tried over a hundred cases including Serious Physical Injury/Death cases, Domestic Violence offenses, DUI drug and alcohol cases.
Noel now focuses his attention to defending individuals charges with crimes in Arizona municipal, State and Federal courts.
